A product builder who ships end to end

I'm Neeraj, a product manager and full-stack engineer who likes turning ambiguous problems into products people actually use. I care about the whole journey: talking to customers, shaping the roadmap, designing the system, and shipping it to real users.

Today I lead product and platform for CredOS at Penomo, the AI-native operating system for intelligent private credit. I own it end to end, from customer discovery and product strategy to the multi-tenant, multi-region architecture behind it, working across US and EU with full data residency.

Along the way I've designed and shipped 20+ specialized AI agents that automate the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and document intelligence to underwriting and portfolio monitoring, cutting sourcing time by 70% and underwriting by 50%. I move fast, sweat the details, and care as much about the product experience as the engineering underneath it.

I own the full arc: customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. I took CredOS from an idea to a live platform serving private-credit teams across two continents, obsessing over both the experience users feel and the systems that make it work. My favorite place to be is the seam where product decisions meet the code that ships them.

React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the front; Node, Python, and durable workflow engines behind. I build the multi-tenant, multi-region platforms that agents live inside, with SSO, EU data residency, and data rooms that handle gigabyte-scale uploads.

I ship quickly and iterate on real signal, not vibes: eval gates on every change, full observability into cost and quality, and pipelines that self-improve week over week with automatic rollback when a metric regresses.
